biotróf mycoparasites a legjobb parazita gyógyszerek

A tervezett projekt ezt a kérdést gazdanövényfajok, az ezeken élősködő obligát biotróf lisztharmatgombák, és ezek intracelluláris mikoparazitái, az Ampelomyces-fajok tritrofikus kölcsönhatásain keresztül vizsgálná, a következő kérdések mentén: biotróf mycoparasites lehet-e biotróf mycoparasites gazdagomba-specializációról beszélni a genetikailag különböző Ampelomyces-törzsek esetén?

Várható, hogy a parazitizmussal kapcsolatos alapvető kérdések megválaszolása mellett gyakorlati szempontból is fontos eredmények születnek, melyek elősegítik a már kereskedelmi forgalomba vont Ampelomyces-törzsek felhasználását a szőlő- és más, gazdaságilag fontos termesztett növény lisztharmat-fertőzései ellen.

Our project would focus on fungal mycoparasites, i. The planned work would consist of various studies on tritrophic interactions among host plants, the obligate biotrophic powdery mildew species biotróf mycoparasites Ampelomyces intracellular mycoparasites, with the following main goals: i reveal whether there are strict host specializations biotróf mycoparasites Ampelomyces; ii test our recently published hypothesis on temporal isolation in these mycoparasites, a rarely detected mechanism in the microbial world; iii determine the role of host plant physiology in these mycoparasitic interactions; and iv test experimentally intra-host competitions among genetically different mycoparasites.

The results biotróf mycoparasites answer basic questions concerning parasitic interactions and would also be important for the use of Ampelomyces mycoparasites in the plant protection practice as commercialized biocontrol agents of grapevine powdery mildew and other economically important powdery mildew infections of crops.

E kapcsolatrendszer vizsgálata során 1 több mint Ampelomyces-törzs biotróf mycoparasites elemzésével megállapítottuk, hogy a törzsek genetikai differenciálódásának legfontosabb oka a gazdaszervezetek fenológiája és földrajzi elkülönülése; 2 qPCR-módszert dolgoztunk ki a mikoparaziták kvantitatív kimutatása érdekében; 3 feltártuk a búzalisztharmatot okozó Blumeria graminis életciklusának egyik lépését; 4 új módszerrel tanulmányoztuk a szőlőlisztharmat áttelelő aszkospóráinak életképességét; 5 ugyancsak új módszerekkel jellemeztünk néhány szelektált Ampelomyces-törzset, ezek biofungicid-termékké történő fejlesztése érdekében; 6 GFP-t kifejező Ampelomyces-transzformánsokat állítottunk elő; biotróf mycoparasites meghatároztuk az intracelluláris piknídium-lokalizáció lehetséges okait; és 8 molekuláris alapokon kidolgoztuk az Ampelomyces-nemzetség revízióját, és új fajok elkülönítését.

During the study of these interactions, we 1 concluded that host phenology and geography are the main drivers of differentiation in these mycoparasites, based on analyses of microsatellite genotypes of over strains; 2 developed a qPCR method to quantify Ampelomyces mycoparasites in field samples; 3 revealed a part of the life cycle of Blumeria graminis infecting wheat; 4 studied the viability of overwintering ascospores of grape powdery mildew with a new methodology; 5 developed new methods to characterize a number of Ampelomyces strains selected to be developed as biofungicide products; 6 produced GFP-expressing transformants of Ampelomyces strains; 7 determined the factors influencing the intracellular biotróf mycoparasites of Ampelomyces pycnidia; and 8 developed the revision of the genus Ampelomyces, and description of new biotróf mycoparasites, using molecular tools.
